Following Up on Customers

Recently, we checked on one of our past customers to get feedback on our last roofing and gutters job. He was extremely content with our work but discovered that there was an issue with his gutter helmet. He noticed that the gutter helmet would rise when the temperature got warmer, thus making the gutters look uneven from an outside standpoint. As soon as we received this information, we informed our Gutter Helmet Installation Manager, Brian Barrett, about the customer's issue. Within a week, we were able to fix the gutter issue. Weathertite Systems makes sure our customers are content with our work before and after it's completed.
